Academy

The Academy,
two entry points.

On one side, free sheets so a student can unlock a rule in 30 seconds. On the other, ready-to-use resources to prepare tomorrow’s lesson.

Two uses, one teaching team

Learn is the free library, designed so a student, a teacher or a parent finds a clear answer on a specific point: the rule of a tense, the conjugation of a verb, the vocabulary of a theme, the translation of an expression, the antidote to a classic pitfall. You reach it from a search engine, read the quick answer in 30 seconds, take the quiz, and leave.

Resources is the teaching catalogue for teachers: videos, podcasts, audiobooks, posters, interactive exercises. Each resource comes with its teaching guide (before, during, after the lesson) and its filters (level, skill practised, cultural theme, format). Some are free-access, others reserved for Academy subscribers.

Both sections are produced by the same teaching team at the Big Challenge, the contest that paces the school year for 5,000 students every season, from the start of term to June, since 1999. Same authors, same editorial standards, two distinct uses.

And the contest?

The Big Challenge, the event that drives the whole Academy

The Academy feeds classes with sheets and resources all year round. The contest is the moment that turns this learning into a shared experience: 5,000 students take part each season, prizes for everyone, a ranking that truly motivates.
