1. Provare un'emozione o uno stato
Feel + aggettivo.
- I feel happy. (Mi sento felice.)
- She felt nervous before the test. (Era nervosa prima della verifica.)
2. Tastare, toccare
- Feel this fabric, it's very soft. (Tocca questo tessuto, è morbidissimo.)
3. Avere voglia di
Feel like + nome o forma in -ing.
- I feel like a coffee. (Ho voglia di un caffè.)
- I feel like going home. (Ho voglia di tornare a casa.)
Le trappole da evitare
In inglese dopo feel ci vuole un aggettivo: I feel good ✓ / I feel well ✓ (well come aggettivo = in buona salute). Mai l'avverbio in -ly: I feel happily ❌.
2. I feel myself tired ❌
In italiano sentirsi è riflessivo: mi sento stanco. In inglese no: I feel tired ✓, mai I feel myself tired ❌.

Participio passato: felt. Feel → felt → felt.
Come si dice «mi sento bene» in inglese?+
I feel good oppure I feel well (well come aggettivo = in buona salute).
Che differenza c'è tra I feel good e I feel well?+
I feel good = mi sento bene (stato d'animo, benessere generale).
Cosa significa feel like?+
Feel like + nome/-ing = avere voglia di. I feel like a coffee (ho voglia di un caffè). I feel like going home (ho voglia di tornare a casa).
