I can't find my school
If you can't find the name of your school, don't panic!
What should you do?
1️⃣ Check the town you have selected:
- Make sure you select your school's town (and not your home town).
- Once the right town has been chosen, the list of schools in that town will appear.
2️⃣ Is the drop-down menu empty?
- Turn off ad blockers and make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
- If that doesn't work, use another browser or switch device (for example, change from a phone to a computer).
💡 Tip : If you can't get the list of schools to appear, try using Google Chrome, which is often more compatible with these tools.
The app doesn't work properly on my computer. What should I do?
If the app doesn't work properly on your computer, here is how to fix the problem.
Why doesn't the app work?

What should you do?
1️⃣ Update your browser.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.
- The recommended browsers are Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
2️⃣ Use another browser.
- If your current browser doesn't work, try installing and using Google Chrome.

💡 Tip : Google Chrome is often the most compatible with the app, so make sure you use it.
The site shows "There is a technical problem". What should I do?
If you see a message saying "There is a technical problem", it may be due to an incorrect school selection.
What should you do?
1️⃣ Check your school's town.
- Make sure you choose your school's town and not your home town or your birth town.
2️⃣ Start the process again.
- Select the town again and make sure you confirm properly at each step.
💡 Tip : If the problem continues, try reloading the page or using another browser.
The questions appear in my own language
If the contest questions appear in your own language instead of English, it is probably because of an automatic translation tool enabled in your browser (such as Google Translate).
Why does this happen?
The browser's automatic translation translates all the content on web pages, including the English questions, which distorts the content of the test.
What should you do?
1️⃣ Turn off the automatic translator.
- Go to your browser settings and disable the automatic translation feature.
- For Google Chrome, you can do this in "Settings" → "Languages" → Turn off automatic translation.
2️⃣ Reload the page.
- Reload the page after turning off the automatic translator.
💡 Tip : If you don't know how to turn off automatic translation, search the internet for "turn off automatic translation + the name of your browser".
