How do I delete my account and my data?
To delete your account and your data, go to the app settings and click "Delete my account". All your personal data and activity history will be permanently erased.
If you want to delete your The Big Challenge PLAY account and your personal information, simply go to your account, click on the settings, then on the preferences, and select "Delete my account" (at the bottom of the settings page).
You can also submit a deletion request through the The Big Challenge PLAY app. Open the app, click the Settings icon, then the Preferences icon. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Delete my account".
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account. Once completed, this action cannot be undone.
Deleted data:
- All personal information linked to your account, such as your name, email address, etc.
- The activity history linked to your account.
