Teaching guide
Objective & content
Max, Mila, Luna and Ben each say hello and give their name when the narrator asks. The episode teaches one fixed question and answer: "What's your name?" and "My name is Max." The question forms and the possessive adjectives "my" and "your" sit inside these phrases, and the greeting "Hello" opens each exchange. At the end the kids say "Now you say it!" and the class answers aloud after a pause of about four seconds. Pupils listen, point at the speaker and repeat; nothing is read or written.
Materials & prerequisites
The episode has no printable sheets and no lesson plan. No prior grammar is assumed: the question and the answer are taught as whole phrases, and "hello" and "name" are the only words to know.
