Objective & content
On a weekday morning, George chats with his parents as they leave for work. His mum Kate is a vet who helps cats and dogs and wears blue scrubs; his dad Paul is a chef who cooks Greek food and wears a grey apron. Kate then loses her car keys, which are in her hand. The episode teaches the present simple for jobs and clothes, with the third-person -s (Dad wears a grey apron., Mum drives to the clinic.). The vocabulary is jobs and work clothes. Learners listen, then check their understanding with the in-app quiz.
